A press release received in Jakarta on Monday said the award was received directly by Naufal. He who currently serves as Director HR and General Affair BPJamsostek was elected along with 500 other global leaders in the field of human resources.
The event with the theme of Building Happiness in The Work Place was attended by HR leaders and practitioners from various countries.
The winners are rigorously selected by a grand jury and expert panel consisting of leaders and global academics who are competent in their fields.
Dr. R.L. Bhatia, Chairman of the Jury and founder of the World HRD Congress in his remarks said, "Every year more and more countries support and participate in organizing the World HRD Congress.
This congress has been held in several countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, and also the United States.

The short list produced by the panel of experts was then assessed by competent judges from various countries.
For Naufal, who is currently studying Doctoral Program at IPB University's School of Business, this award is a reflection of his professional achievement for more than 25 years of career and positively contributing as a practitioner and leader in the HR field.
Naufal was judged by a panel of experts as one of the respected leaders and gave concrete examples of transformation and change. He has also contributed to ideas and trained and developed many young people in the HR field.
In addition to the grace of the Global HR Leaders category, in this event there were also CEO awards with HR Orientation, Global Training and Development Leaders, Global Coaching Leaders, and Global Knowledge Management Awards.
